Reservation Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you might not be able to attend the event you've reserved. Our aim is to accommodate your needs while ensuring the smooth functioning of our scheduling. Therefore, we have established a reservation rescheduling policy that allows you to make changes to your reservation without any cancellation fees. 1. Rescheduling Window:

If you find yourself unable to attend the event you've reserved, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24-hour notice before the scheduled start time of the event.

2. Rescheduling Period:

Upon providing the required 24-hour notice, you will have the opportunity to reschedule your reservation within the next 6 months from the original event date. This allows you to select a new date that better suits your availability.

 

3. Rescheduling Process:

To initiate the rescheduling process, please reach out to our reservation team via phone, email or contact us page. Inform them of your desire to reschedule and provide the necessary information to verify your original reservation.

 

4. Rescheduling Limitations:

Please note that while we understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, this policy is designed for rescheduling purposes only. Cancellations will not be permitted under this policy. If you choose not to reschedule within the designated period or if you fail to provide the required 24-hour notice, your reservation will be forfeited.

 

5. Reservation Value:

The value of your original reservation will be fully transferable to the rescheduled event within the 6-month period. There will be no additional charges for rescheduling within this timeframe.

 

6. Event Availability:

Rescheduling is subject to availability for the new event date. We recommend contacting our reservation team as soon as you are aware of the need to reschedule to ensure a wider range of available dates.

 

7. Multiple Rescheduling:

If, for any reason, you need to reschedule more than once, you will need to follow the same process outlined in this policy.
